Dollie Jean Reynolds Moltz Davis of the Lazy Bend Community, near Grapevine (Grant County), was born February 5, 1928 in the Lazy Bend Community, the daughter of the late Gilbert and Emma Lightsey Reynolds. She was a very proud and active member of Bethany #1 Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of the Eastern Star, White Sulphur Chapter, and she enjoyed singing, cooking and traveling. Aside from The Lord, the greatest love of Dollie’s life was her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She was the matriarch of her large family and the rich legacy she leaves behind will be treasured by each of them. Dollie was greeted by The Lord, and a host of loved ones in Heaven, on December 25, 2014. She went home to be with the Lord at her home, surrounded by family, at the age of 86. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband, Clifford Moltz; brothers, Hubert Reynolds, Clondell Reynolds, Ted Reynolds, Gilbert “Dude” Reynolds, Robert Reynolds; sister, Euteria Garner.
