Sturgis; Diana Kay AULBACH, 55, of 25540 W. Bogen Road, Sturgis, Mich. died June 13, 2000 at Borgess Medical Center, Kalamazoo following a short illness.

She was born July 30, 1944 in Sturgis, a daughter of Meryle and Faye (MOCK) EDSON and graduated from Scott (Ind.) High School in 1962. She resided in Sturgis and White Pigeon, Mich. and Scott, Ind.

On Feb. 15, 1969 she married Charles J. AULBACH in Sturgis.
In 1995 she retired from Bank One in Sturgis after 30 years of employment. She enjoyed her grandchildren, gardening, yard work and antiques, and she collected Indian Artifacts.
Surviving are her husband, Charles J. AULBACH and Corey and Paula AULBACH, all of Sturgis; two grandchildren, Joseph and Cierra AULBACH; two step-grandchildren, Dylan and Caryssa MATIANSKI, two sisters, Mrs. Richard (Linda) TROYER of White Pigeon and Mrs. Robert (Susan) HILL of Sturgis; a brother and sister-in-law, Maynard and Marilyn EDSON of White Pigeon; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ken and Barbara COPELAND of Chandler, Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Patricia KELB.

Visitation is from 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the Farrand Funeral Home of White Pigeon. Private family graveside services will be on Friday at the White Pigeon Township Cemetery with the Rev. Pat Glass, of the White Pigeon United Methodist Church, officiating.
