Chad Winfred McDaniel, 34, of Palestine, Arkansas, died Sunday, Dec. 21, 2014, at Methodist Hospital in Memphis.
He is survived by his parents, Charlotte and George McDaniel of Palestine; children, Braydon Smith, Ashton McDaniel and Londyn McDaniel, all of Wynne, and Maryah McDaniel of Forrest City; brother, Jeremy McDaniel of Conway; and grandmother, Erma McDaniel-Cook.
Arrangements were by Woodard Funeral Chapel in Wynne with services at Mount Moriah Church in Caldwell. Burial was in Smith Cemetery at Palestine.
