Carole Stafford age 64 of Smyrna died Sunday.
Funeral service will be held 11 am Wednesday from the chapel of Carmichael Funeral home in Smyrna. Interment will be in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery.
A lifelong resident of Cobb County, Ms. Stafford was employed by Lockheed for over 25 years before retiring. She was a volunteer at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. She was a member of Cumberland Community Church.
Surviving are
Daughter – Melissa S. Anderson of Marietta
Son – Scott Stafford of Smyrna
Mother and Step father – Margaret Scott Johnson and Calvin Johnson of Smyrna
Sister – Susan Thomas of High Point, N.C.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Calvary Childrens Home, 1430 Lost Mountain Road, Powder Springs, GA 30127
