Services for Julie Ann Crouch, 55, Austin, will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014, at Stewart Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Sam Fisher officiating.

Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery in Tyler.

Ms. Crouch went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014. She was born on May 30, 1959, to Joseph Allan and Rebecca Ann Parks Thompson.

Julie was born in Stuttgart, Germany, while her parents were stationed there. She lived in Longview and the Kilgore area before moving to Tyler in 1984. Julie was an accomplished interior designer and worked for Murphy's Furniture Gallery for eight years before opening and operating her own store, Interior Consignments of Tyler.

She moved to Austin in 2004. She enjoyed spending time helping others and being with her loved ones especially "GabbyLou." Julie was dedicated to her work, committed to her friends and beloved by her family.

Julie was preceded in death by her grandparents.

She is survived by her loving family including her parents, Joseph and Rebecca; children, Lauren Zarecor and husband Brandon, of Tyler, and Justin Smith, of Lake Cherokee; granddaughter, Gabriella Elizabeth "Julie" Zarecor; siblings, Joe Thompson, of Massachusetts, and Rachel Lynn Conner and husband Jerry, of Kilgore; nephews, Matthew Conner and Jake Thompson.

Pallbearers will be Justin Smith, Brandon Zarecor, Jerry Conner, Morgan Herron, Ray Coppa, Scott Murphy and Mike Murphy. Honorary pallbearers will be Joseph Thompson and Matthew Conner.

Visitation is scheduled from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014, at Stewart Family Funeral Home, 7525 Old Jacksonville Highway, in Tyler.
