RAINFORD, Lloyd E., "Kelly," age 66, of 1834 E. Pole Rd, Everson, passed away Wed, April 14. Born in Everson, Mr. Rainford had been a 28 year employee of the Whatcom County Road Dept and had been a member of the Teamsters Union Local 231.
He was married to Marie Mohr on Sept 24, 1928 in Bellingham.
Besides his wife Marie, he is survived by a son Bill and his wife Wilma Rainford of Bellingham; a daughter and her husband, Joanne and Oscar Meador in Snoqualmie; three sisters, Mrs. LaPierry Colyer of Wenatchee, Mrs. Mary Paris of Bothell and Mrs. Josephine Carmel in Renton; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Sat, April 17 at 1 pm in the Chapel of the Gillies Funeral Home, Lynden, with Rev. Woodrow D. Morgan officiating. Intombment in Greenacres Memorial Park, Mon, April 19. Contributions and memorial gifts may be made to your favorite charity.
