Myra graduated from Mansfield College in 1951, and got her masters from the University of New York. She taught school in the Newark Valley School system for 27 years, retiring in 1988. She did graduate work at Kent State in Ohio. She donated her body to research, and was later cremated and buried at Rushville, Pa. May 15, 1997.
