Of Festus, Missouri, passed away Monday, December 22, 2014 at Woodland Manor Nursing Center in Arnold, Missouri. He was born July 1, 1918 in Festus, the son of the late Ruth (nee Lewis) and Ernest Brewer.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Evelyn "Faye" (nee Hensley) Brewer, sisters Verna Terrel, Ina Mae Mahn, and Arlene Casteel, brothers Lovell, Marion, Bobby and Fred Brewer and an infant son.
He is survived by daughters Pamela (Doug) Montgomery of Festus and Beverly Pettinelle of St. Louis, Missouri, grandchildren Jeffery (Cathy) Hall, Gregory (Christina) Hall, Gina (Brian) Miller and Richelle (Kirk) Bieneman, great-grandchildren Kristen Hall, Nicholas Hall, Kyle Hall, Cooper Bieneman, Carter Bieneman, Shelby Hall, Brittanny Hall, Bryce Miller and Jackson Miller and great-great-grandson Jace Verheyen.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, a self employed carpenter and member of Hematite Christian Church in Hematite, Missouri.
