Roy Franklin Bentley was born on June 21st, 1945 in Laurel County, Kentucky, the son of the late William Russell and Crystal Burkhart Bentley. He is survived by one daughter, Rebecca Raines and Keith of Barbourville, Kentucky, one sister, Janice Thomas of London, six brothers, Bill, Dennis, Finley, Elmer "Red", and Donald Bentley all of London and Dale Bentley of Louisiana, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Besides his parents he was also preceded in death by a brother, Richard and a sister, Sandra Bentley.
He was a retired heavy equipment operator and was a member of the Moose Lodge.
