Shirley Anne Pratt was born February 9, 1939 at Forest, Louisiana to the late Willis Patrick and Thelma McVay Patrick. She passed away peacefully, December 21, 2014, at the LSU Health Science Center of Monroe following an extended illness. Shirley was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church and a retired beautician. She is preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Billie Gene Shaw; and an infant brother, Henry Patrick.
Ms. Pratt is survived by her daughter, Milly Boles (Joel); her three sons, John Pratt(Mike), Patrick Pratt (Stacy), and Robert Pratt; four grandchildren, Jacob Boles (Blair Richardson), Emily Boles, Hunter Musgrove, and Chesney Musgrove (Josh Marquis). She is also survived by her four sisters, Sarah Wooden (Bobby), Judy Withers, Brenda Evans (Ronnie), and Becky Lewis (Buster); an aunt, Mildred Patrick Shields; and a host of extended family.
