Mrs. Poulsen died Tuesday night at the home of her brother, A. F. Andersen in Rexburg, Ida., after an extended illness.
She was born in Ephraim, Aug. 21, 1886 a daughter of Andrew L. and Johanna C. Jensen Andersen. She was married to H. LeRoy Poulsen of Mt. Pleasant in the Manti L D S temple, June 14, 1907. They lived in Mt. Pleasant until 1909, then moved to St. Anthony, Ida. and returned to Mt. Pleasant to make their home in 1927. She was an active church worker, serving as a teacher in the Relief Society and Primary Assn. She also was a member of the Service Star and Friendship clubs.
Survivors include her husband, Mt. Pleasant; a daughter, Mrs. Estella Pl. Shail, Rexburg; three sons; Harold E. Poulsen, Ogden; Earl A. Poulsen, Rexburg; Lyman R. Poulsen Tooele; 14 grandchildren, and three brothers; James C. Andersen of Salt Lake; O. R. Andersen and A. F. Anderson of Rexburg.
