Ralph owned the Carousel Restaurant on Crump Boulevard. Later he became a home builder. He was an avid golfer, tennis player and woodworker. Most of all, he enjoyed spending leisure time at his cabin at Pickwick Lake.
Ralph was the husband of Jean Rose Williams Raney for 66 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Ben Raney, of Mountainburg, AR; as well as his daughter, Rebecca Raney and granddaughter Jessica Rose Childress both of New Orleans, LA.
Interment at Memphis Memory Gardens at 6444 Raleigh LaGrange Road.
