Born October 17, 1932 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Herbert and Helen Weiland Treadway.
Jack was a member of Saint Matthais Catholic Church of Columbus and attended Saint Rose Catholic Church of New Lexington; member of the New Lexington Eagles # 2070 and an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survived by two sons, John Patrick Treadway of Phoenix, AZ. and Mark Treadway of Obetz; two daughters, Kathleen Bowlin of Cincinnati and Julie Swartzlander of Columbus; 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandsons; two sisters, Juanita Waits of Columbus and Mary Mayes of Thornville; special friend, Norma Moore of New Lexington.
In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his wife, Genevieve Treadway in 1991; four brothers, Don, Paul, Roger and William Treadway.
Calling hours will be held from 11am-2pm with funeral service at 2:00pm with Father John Reade officiating on Monday, December 22, 2014 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
Burial will be in Saint Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Junction City, Ohio with graveside military services by James E. Fisher Post #376, American Legion of Junction City, Ohio.
