YORKTOWN--Mary M. Love, 64, 2800 W. Memorial Drive, died Sunday in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.
Mrs. Love, who was born in Yorktown, graduated from Central High School. She was a homemaker, and she had been a baker and cook at Ball State University, Woodworth Dining service, for 25 years before she retired. She had a winter home in North Fort Myers, Fla. She was a third generation member of Jolly Workers and former president of Knights of Pythias Sisters.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, William A. Love; a son, Danny Love (wife: Lee), Albers, Ill.; three daughters, Diana Young (husband: David), Eaton, Debbie Ware (husband: Ed), Yorktown, and Beth Love, St. Largo, Fla.; her mother, Helen Beard, Muncie; a brother, Bruce Beard (wife: Diane), Muncie; a sister, Carolyn Harless, Hommoassa, Fla.; 11 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
A son, Bruce Love, and a daughter, Susan D. Smith, are deceased.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Gant-Richman Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Sheets officiating. Burial will be in Yorktown Cemetery. Calling at the funeral home will be 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and after 10 a.m. Thursday.
