Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 22, 2014 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. until service time, Monday, December 22, 2014 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua. Burial will be in Westside Cemetery, Moweaqua.

Betty was born November 29, 1928, in Blue Mound, IL, the daughter of Frank T. and Emma (Sunderland) Edwards. She married Norman Howard True in Decatur, IL June 4, 1948. He preceded her in death October 3, 2009.
Betty is survived by her daughters: Shirley Ann Cowger of Mt. Zion, IL, Susan Marie Rhoades of Assumption, IL, Donna Jean Sexton of Poplar Bluff, MO and Mary Lynn Paul of Springfield, IL; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother Harry (Carol) Edwards of Blue Mound, IL; sisters: Mary Box of Springfield, IL, Vonnie Beavers of Springfield, IL and Karen Sue (Darrell) Barnes of Mattoon, IL.
Preceding her in death are her husband, parents, 5 sisters and grandsons: Jeremy Morlan and Norman Cowger.
