Daughter of Joseph Hartwell Blanchard and Adah Thomas

Married George William Noon 02 Oct 1916 Medford, Middlesex, MA

George and Frances are now together; their souls with the Creator, their bodies resting side by side in Oak Grove Cem., West Medford, MA, Section Mystic, grave site R-27.

George went to his rest exactly twenty years, two weeks after his dear Frances died trying to bear a dau. for them. Thankfully, death in childbirth is quite rare now; I do not know how one manages to go on after such a soul wrenching type of loss!

The death on Tuesday of Mrs. George Noon (Frances W. Blanchard), of Arlington St., formerly of 82 Sharon St., came as a great shock to her many friends. Mrs. Noon was born in Medford 34 years ago. She was the dau. of Mr. & Mrs. J. H. Blanchard.

Funeral Services were held at her parents' home, 11 Madison St., yesterday afternoon. Rev. Harold Lancaster, of Trinity Methodist Church, officiated. Mrs. Esther MacMillan Haywood sang "Galilee" and "Abide With Me". The floral tributes were very beautiful.

Interment was in Oak Grove Cem. Mrs. Noon was a member of Trinity Church and of the Rollins Class. She is survived by her husband; her six year old son Douglas; her parents; two sisters, Mrs. A. H. Wyatt and Mrs. A. C. Thatcher, of West Medford, and two brothers, Hartwell B. Blanchard of Brooklyn, Kings NY, and Louis A. Blanchard of West Medford.
