Singer, Actor and TV-personality. He was an opera tenor who also made his name as a popular singer and musical star. He starred in the musical "Hair" in Stockholm and "Jesus Christ Superstar" in Copenhagen. He was also offered the leading part in "Hair" in London and on Broadway, but had to reject the offerings. He acted in several films as well, and made noted roles in "Miss and Mrs Sweden" (1969) and "The girl from Petrovka" (1974), a Hollywood production starring Goldie Hawn. During the shooting of the film, he and Goldie Hawn became a couple and lived together for some years. He made numerous recorings, participated in opera and light opera productions and was also running the show "Tutti-Frutti" for TV 3.
