CORUNNA - MOWITZA CAMPBELL, 75, of DeKalb CR 12 Corunna, died at 8:20 pm Friday at her residence. She had been ill two years.

Born in Waterloo Oct 16, 1911 she was the daughter of Fred and Hortense (Meek) Hood. On May 10, 1931 in Butler she married John A Campbell who survives.

A resident of the Corunna area 35 years, she had previously lived in Angola. She was a member of trinity Church United Methodist Kendallville; and Tri Kappa.

Surviving with her husband are a daughter Julie Martin of Waterloo; a son, John A Campbell Jr of Garrett; two sisters Joan Frazie of Kendallville; and Esther Kessler of Corunna; and seven grandchildren.

Two grandchildren preceded her in death.

Services were at 2 pm today in Trinity Church United Methodist with Rev Charles R Lane officiating. Cremains will be interred in Butler Cemetery.
