Marie Mayhugh-Ebendorf, 96, former Brush resident, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2014, at the North Platte Care Center in North Platte, NE. She was born February 18, 1918, in Froid, MT, to Andrew & Katherine Schledewitz.
Marie lived in the Greeley community in 1959 and moved to Brush in 1961. In 1996 she moved to North Platte to be closer to her daughters and their families.
Survivors include her children, Judy Harris of Evans, CO, Leona Kautz & Beverly Marshall both of North Platte, NE, and Leonard Kautz of Gering, NE; 1 brother, 1 sister, and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Mayhugh, 1 son, James Kautz, 13 brothers & sisters, and her parents.
Funeral services will be Saturday, December 20, 2014, at 1:30 PM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Brush. Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery.
