Charles King Babcock, 77, of Odessa, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014, in Odessa.
Funeral services are scheduled at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wally Schiwart officiating.
Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Hickman, Ky. He owned and operated Babcock Roofing Company for many years.
SURVIVORS Son, Barry Babcock of Midland; daughters, Sharon Dorsey and Kimberlee Moore, both of Odessa; brothers, Richard Babcock and Robert Babcock, both of Odessa; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
