Belvedere, SC—Funeral Services for Mrs. Margie Creed Hobbs, 77, of Belvedere, SC, who entered into rest December 16, 2014, will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Belvedere First Baptist Church. Rev. John Meyer and Dr. Roy L. Head officiating. Interment in Sunset Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Hobbs was a native of Graniteville, having made Belvedere her home for the past 56 years. She was a member of the Belvedere First Baptist Church, the Joe Schmidt Sunday School Class and the Golden Age Club. Mrs. Hobbs retired from Bell South with 35 years of service and was a member and a past President of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She was predeceased in death by her husband, Glenn E. Hobbs and a daughter, Vickie Casillas.

Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Joe Schmidt Sunday School Class. Active Pallbearers will be Olin Boatwright, Mike Gee, Everett Gregory, Jim Key, Tom Satcher and Phil Solesbee.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
