Mrs. Elizabeth Strang, wife of Joseph Strang of Hudson, died at an advanced age last Sunday afternoon. She had been an invalid for several years past, but her sudden death was an unexpected blow to the large circle of friends and relatives. She was an amiable christian lady, a faithful and affectionate wife and mother, and was respected by all who knew her. She leaves a number of grown children, well-known in this county, also several who reside in other States. Rev. J. B. Ogle preached the funeral sermon Tuesday afternoon.
