Georgia Mills, age 81 of London, KY, widow of Clyde Mills, passed away on Wednesday, April 19 at Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, KY.

She leaves behind four children, Patricia Adams and husband Dewayne, Linda Nicholson and husband Jimmy, Barbara Powell and husband Clifton, Michael Mills and wife Ashley, all of London, KY; son-in-law, Johnny Shell; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; twelve great-great grandchildren, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert & Ada Trent Abner; one daughter, Juanita Shell; seven siblings, Lewis, Walter, Chris and Jack Abner, Geneva Valentine, Nannie Blevins, Lucy Trent; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was a member of the Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church and will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral services for Georgia Mills will be conducted on Sunday, April 23 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Wayne House, Eugene Gentry and Mann Cobb officiating. Burial will follow in the Nicholson Cemetery.
