Harlan Matson Peel, 21, Rangely, died Nov. 17, 1977, in an industrial accident near Collburn, Colo.
Born June 20, 1956, Duchesne, Utah to William Grant and Sybil Lusty Peel. Member, LDS Church , priest at time of death. Lived several years in Park City; attended schools in Manila, Utah and Rangely, graduating from Rangely High School, 1974. Attended Adams College, Alamasa, Colo., one year, returning to Rangely to become a drill rig operator for Colorado Well Service.
Survivors; parents, Rangely; brothers, sisters, Mrs. Ron (Diann) Fox, Maria Peel, both Grand Junction, Colo.; Steven, Janice, Valarie, all Rangley; preceded in death by brother, William Grant Peel, Jr.
