Katherine Pate, age 86, of Pensacola passed away December 13, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Pate; parents, Lula Peebles Miller and Audrey Miller; brothers, Buddy, Wayne, Jimmy, and H.C. Miller; and sisters, Edith Heath, Evelyn Clifford, Sarah Bunn, and Ann Henderson.

She is survived by children, Connie Chamberlin (Chuck Barnett), Pam Chamberlin (Bernie Perlmutter), David Chamberlin (Jane), and Amanda (Amy) Pate; brother, Jerry Miller; and brother-in-law, Jack Henderson. She is also survived by grandchildren, Matthew (Monica), Benjamin (Adrian), Jonathan (Heather) and Aaron Gaff, David Perlmutter, Lindsay (Patrick) Ewart, Haley Chamberlin, and Milla Seylar; great-grandchildren, Kaydance, Katelyn, Sophia, Ryah, Ava, and Ashton; as well as by many nieces and nephews.

The service will be held on Tuesday, December 16, at St. Monica's Episcopal Church, 699 S. Hwy. 95A, Cantonment, FL. Visitation will be at the church at 1:00 p.m., with a service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Union Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Monica's Playground Fund. -
