Phyllis Hutchison, 73, Ashbury Circle, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014, at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, following a brief illness.
Services will be at noon Saturday at Lamb Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Dale Combs officiating.
Burial will be at Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
A native of Montgomery County, Tenn., she was born Nov. 17, 1941, the daughter of the late John Lurton and Carrie Lee Crick Gibbs.
Her husband, Lacy Raymond Hutchison, died in 2011. A son, Terry Hutchison, also preceded her in death.
She had worked 20 years as the attendant who sold tickets at the Martin Theater. She was a member of Calvary Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ross (Gail) Stallons and Mrs. Jason (Tambra) Wells, both of Hopkinsville; a brother, Denver Lee Gibbs, Grand Rivers; a sister, Velma Duvall, Hopkinsville; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
