John David Worthen, 25, of Little Rock, an Affiliated Foods Warehouse employee, died Sunday. He was a Missionary Baptist. Survivors are his wife, Kristen Trantham Worthen; his parents, Bobby and Mary LaVon Maddox Worthen of Leola; two brothers, Bobby Earl Worthen of Redfield and Charles Edward Worthen of Sheridan; and his grandmothers, Wilma Worthen of Sheridan and Mary Maddox of Leola. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.
