Mrs. Candace Leigh Staffa Barnhill, 56, died Saturday, December 13, 2014.
Services will be private.
Mrs. Barnhill, a native of Houston, TX, was a graduate of Aurora High School and attended Pitt Community College. She served in the National Guard and later worked as a realtor for Fonville Morisey in Wake County. Mrs. Barnhill also served as a liaison with Quadel which interfaced with Housing and Urban Development.
Mrs. Barnhill was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Staffa and brother, Keith Staffa.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Joel Spencer Barnhill; son, Claude Addison Barnhill of Cary; daughter, Joelle Leigh Barnhill of Boone; brother, Calvin Staffa of Texas; father, Jerry Staffa of Alabama; and mother-in-law, Juanita Barnhill.
