He was the husband of Rose P. (DiFazio) Luini, and previously of the late Victoria M. (Roukous) Luini. Born in New York City, a son of the late Costanzo and Mary (Baioni) Luini, he had also lived in North Providence and Attleboro before moving to Smithfield about a year ago.
Mr. Luini had been an artist and portrait painter with the former Dieges & Clust Co., of New York City and Attleboro, for 40 years before he retired in 1978.
He was a graduate of the Art Student League, in New York City.
Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Eugene Luini of Oro Valley, Ariz.; a granddaughter; four step-grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.
