Mr. Feula was a laborer for Local 251 and had worked in the maintenance department at Rhode Island College. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was the father of Louis and Joseph Feula.
Brother of Pasquale “Charlie” Feula, Connie DiBiase, Angie Giardino and the late Joseph Feula, Anna Calcione, Vi Boscia, Josie Iannone, Fannie Bevilacqua and Mary Manzi; and grandfather of four.
