JOHN A. HARN1SH
Of 911 4th Ave., formerly of 824 1/ 2 7th Ave., died at 1 a.m. yesterday at his home after an extended illness. He was born in Canoe Valley, Huntingdon County, May 7, 1881, a son of Zachary T. and Kate (Keller) Harnish, and retired in 1946 as an engineman on the Pittsburgh Division after 46 years of service. His wife, the former Alice Lloyd, died April 4, 1923. Surviving are two children, Lloyd O. and Mrs. Dorothy Pensel of Youngstown, Ohio; three grandchildren, and one brother, Ralph C. of Rochester, N.Y. He was a member of the Trinity Evangelical and Reformed Church and former general chairman of the Railroad Pension Clubs of the city. Friends may call at the Lafferty Funeral Home after noon tomorrow.
