Betty Windham Welch, 85, widow of James Howard "Bubba" Welch, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at the home of her daughter.
Born May 14, 1936, in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of the late Arthur James Windham and the late Ella Mae Nesbitt Windham. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She retired from Campbell Soup Company after 24 years of service. Following retirement, she became a CNA and served as a private sitter for 16 years.
She was preceded in death by siblings, Frank Windham, Katherine Atkinson, Harvey Windham, Lillie Mae Welch, and Buddy Windham.
