Frank Stevens Nasworthy was born on on January 15, 1888 in Dawson County, Georgia, the son of William Francis "Frank" Nasworthy (1862–1908) and Virginia E "Jennie" (Stevens) Nasworthy (1868–1898). [NOTE: Frank's widow, who was the informant on his Death Certificate, incorrectly gave his mother's name as Julia Stevens, and while Stevens is the correct maiden name, Julia [ie Julia (Cannon) Nasworthy (1874-1936)] is Frank's step-mother, that is, his father's 2nd wife.]

Frank was married on August 4, 1921 in Davidson County, Tennessee to Sadie Ferguson (1899–1979), the daughter of John Joseph Ferguson (1865–1954) and Bettie (Hyde) Ferguson (1872–1945). They had no known children.

Frank was a World War I veteran and a self-employed coal dealer. Living at 1700 Primrose, Nashville, he was 54 years old when he died at home of a cerebral hemorrhage on June 10, 1942. Burial was the next day in Woodlawn Cemetery, Nashville.

Most of the above is from his Death Certificate, with Mrs F S Nasworthy of 1700 Primrose, Nashville as the informant.
