The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Floyd's name to The Shriners Burn Institute of Galveston.
The family will greet visitors on Thursday, February 13th, 2014 from 6-7pm at Carnes Funeral Home - Texas City with 7pm Memorial Services to follow.
