BROWNSVILLE, Ky.- Rose Garrett, 56, of Brownsville passed away at 8:36 PM Dec. 12, 2014 at her home.
The Edmonson County native was a registered nurse at The Medical Center at Bowling Green and Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. She was a daughter of the late Paul Norman Johnson and Betty Hope Odell Britt Johnson. She was preceded in death by a brother, Samuel Johnson; and a step sister, Faye Fraim.
Funeral will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday at New Home General Baptist Church, where she was a member, with burial in Dit Vincent Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-9 PM Monday, 9 AM-9 PM Tuesday and after 9 AM Wednesday at Gravil Funeral Home.
Surviving are her husband, Dale Garrett; a daughter, April Leeann Garrett; two sons, Adam Garrett (Debbie) of Bowling Green and Andy Garrett (April) of Brownsville; three sisters, Sue Bratcher, Linda Warnell (Norman) and Ann Bullock (Barry) all of Brownsville; a step sister, Rose Bratcher of Morgantown; and five grandchildren, Hunter Garrett, Blake Garrett, Courtney Garrett, Addison Garrett and Zander Garrett.
