Robert Frye, 59

Services for Robert Frye, 59, of Blair who died at Veterans Hospital in Omaha February 13, 1996, will be 2 p.m. Saturday, February 17 at the Herman United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Herman Cemetery.

Robert Eugene Frye was born October 2, 1936, in Omaha to Robert T. and Mattie Jane Whitnack Frye. He attended school in Herman and served in the United States Air Force.

He operated a plumbing and heating business. At the time of his death he was employed with Lindsay Water Softener Company in Omaha.

He was a member of the Herman American Legion and Blair Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Monte.

He is survived by daughters, Debbie (Mrs. Roger) Larsen, Herman, and Gay Lynn Beadle, Shreveport, Louisiana; sons, Ralph Frye, Yuma, Arizona, and Robert Frye, Blair; eight grandchildren; sisters, Betty Grady, Tekamah; Mary Snyder, Fremont and Alice White, Brookings, Oregon; brothers, Harold Frye, Tekamah and Stanley Frye, Blair, and a half-sister, Rose Ackerman, Tekamah.
