Fred accepted Christ at Griggs Chapel under the leadership of his beloved "Papa", the late Dr. H.D. Webb, Sr. He later joined Concord Church. A Teacher at W.W. Samuell High School, he also was an asst. coach for SOC High School. Survived by parents, Fred & Eleanor Webb; sister, Amber Booker (Rontray), niece, Kelsie; nephew, Kaiden; grandmothers Ella Hawkins & Willie Lois Webb, 7 aunts, 2 uncles and a host of other relatives.
