He was born in Hindman, KY on December 6, 1979 to Bill Collins and Debbie Reynolds Hicks.
He is survived by his Mother - Debbie Reynolds Hicks; Step Father - Banner Hicks; Son - Matthew Shawn Mullins; Daughters - Faith Ann Collins and Kiara Collins; Brothers - David Allen Collins and Stevie Collins; Sisters - Melissa Collins, Arlene Reynolds, Oralee Mullins, and Nancy Caudill; Special Nieces and Nephews - Payton, Breanna and
Little Willie; Host of Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Father - Bill Collins; Brothers - Bobby Dean Collins and Billy Gene Collins.
Funeral services for Bill Russell Collins will be 2PM, Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Mike Caudill, Ricky Smith, and Alger Mullins officiating. Entombment will follow at the Bethel Memorial Mausoleum at Hindman, Kentucky. Friends may call for visitation at the chapel, Sunday after 6PM and anytime Monday with additional services Monday evening at 7PM.
