MARSELLA, ANTHONY 79, of Lincoln Drive, Johnston, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2012.

He was the husband of Mary (Izzo) Marsella. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Charles and Maria (Catuto) Marsella.

He was a cabinet maker for Monarch Industries formerly of Providence for 28 years. Anthony was an Army veteran of the Korean War, a member of the Young Pannese Social Club of Providence and a member of the Carpenters Union Local 94 of Warwick.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons: Anthony Marsella and his wife Erin of Cranston and Michael Marsella and his wife Colleen of Sterling, CT. Grandfather of Gregory, Ryan and Sophia. Brother of Mary Golato of Warwick, Carmella Forster of Oregon, Steve Marsella of Providence and Richard Marsella of Buckeye, AZ.

His funeral will be held on Thursday at 10:00am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church, Danielson Pike, North Scituate at 11:00am. VISITING HOURS: Thursday morning 8-10am. Interment will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
