Wanda Henson, 72, of Amarillo died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Wanda was born Feb. 24, 1942, in Mount Pleasant, Pa., to George Henry and Ruth Anna Littlehales. She married Donald Eugene Henson on May 24, 1963. He preceded her in death on Oct. 4, 2014. She was a loving and dedicated wife and mother.

She also was preceded in death by two brothers, David Spencer Littlehales and Neal S. Thompson.

Survivors include a daughter, Ladonna Kay Henson; her grandchildren, Christopher Don Berry and Keila Kay Hopper; four brothers, Thomas Henry Littlehales and David Ralph Thompson, both of Amarillo, John A. Thompson Jr. of Seattle and Charles S. Thompson of Alamogordo, N.M.; and a sister, Betty Schuster of Amarillo.
