Man Almost 101 Years Old Dies

Noah Roush Funeral at Danville – Survived by one brother 97 and one 95
Noah Roush, who was over 100 years old, died Tuesday morning at his home near Dodsonville of infirmities incident to old age. Funeral services will be held this Thursday morning at the Reformed Church in Danville. Buriel will be made in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Mr. Roush is survived by one son, Wesley, and two brothers, Henry of near Des Moines, Iowa, and Absolom “Mack” Roush of Hillsboro. His brother Henry, is 97 years old and his brother Absolom, 95. The record of these brothers for longevity is probably a world record for any family, the combined ages of the three at the time of death of Noah being 293 years.
The three brothers were born and reared in Highland County. The two older were born near Danville, and the youngest on a farm near Willettsville. They are sons of Jacob Roush, who was also born in Highland County.
Absolom Roush, is a veteran of the Civil War, in which he served three years and took part in a number of important battles. He is exceptionally well preserved, walks up town almost daily and aside of failing eyesight, has retained all of his faculties.

I am guessing that Noah's wife, Margaret Layman/Roush rests here as well.
