Norma is survived by her husband of 22 years, Clyne Sparks; step-children, Tammy Howard (Marc), David Wayne Sparks (Linda), Robert Vincent Sparks (Kim), Timothy Sparks (Diane), and Clyne R. Sparks, Jr.; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; a sister, Denera Tillman; brother-in-law, Harold Speaks; and niece, Sandra Cochran (Gene) and numerous other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Neil Belton and sister, Evelyn Speaks and step-daughter, Pam Sparks. Norma was a longtime member of First Baptist Church, Fisherville.
She was a loving wife and enjoyed traveling with her husband.
