Ed Moody died on Friday, December 5, 2014 in the company of family in the Sanford Health Palliative Care Unit in Fargo at the age of 79. Edward Clarence Moody/Urich was born on January 9, 1935 in Buffalo, MN to Edward F. Urich and Esther E. Moody.
Edward served in the Army and earned many decorations including Seven Steps to Hell, Marksman (Rifle) and Good Conduct. After an honorable discharge, he moved onto becoming an entrepreneur making a living with his passions in antiques, electronics repair and furniture sales and restoration. Edward was a loving and devoted father to his children.
He is survived by his three boys, Christopher (Krystal) Urich, Jed Hall, Jeff Hall; six grandchildren and also his lifetime companion, Julie Urich.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents and many other relatives.
A graveside service will be held in the summer of 2015 at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Buffalo, MN.
