Obituary of Deborah "Debbie" Lyons

Deborah “Debbie” Lyons, 68, of Wiggins was called home by Jesus on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 in Wiggins. She was born in Biloxi and had been a resident of Azalea Gardens for the past four years.

She was a graduate of Mississippi School for the Blind and a former resident of Orange Grove. She was loved by her sister and brothers and other family members. Debbie was well versed in Bible Scripture.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Louise Lyons, maternal grandparents, Mamie and Harry Lyons; brothers, Victor Blanton and Dickie Bahm; uncles, Harry Lyons, Jr., George Lyons, and Ray Lyons; and an aunt, Jackie Lyons.

She is survived by a sister, Sherry Bahm of Stone Co.; two brothers, Jimmy Blanton and Harry Blanton (Wanda) all of Orange Grove; a niece, Corrine Blanton of Biloxi; nephews, Rick (Michell) Bahm of Orange Grove, Tim (Jenny) Bahm of Woolmarket and Harry Blanton, Jr. of Orange Grove; great-nieces, Skylar Bahm, Kayla Bahm, and Kyndall Bahm; and great-nephew, PJ Harrison.

The funeral service is Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, O’Neal Road, Gulfport where friends may visit beginning at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Gulfport.
