Funeral services for Curtis Edward Coleman, 72, Winona, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, 2014, at St. Titus Church of God in Christ with Elder Marlin Beal Sr. eulogist and Elder Gregory Beal officiating.

Burial will be in Post Oak Cemetery, Kilgore, under direction of Brooks-Sterling & Garrett Funeral Directors, Tyler.

Mr. Coleman died Dec. 5, 2014, in Winona.

He was born Jan. 18, 1942, in Kilgore and attended Jackson High School. He was a general laborer and had served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He was preceded in death by parents, Val Coleman and Lucille Carr; and sister, Lesha Carr.

Survivors include brothers, Charles Carr and Allen Russell; sisters, Ruth Beal, Sherylon Russell, Brenda Udom; and aunt, Marie Miller.

Public viewing will be from noon to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the at the funeral home.
