W. "Tony" Cruse, 51 of Las Cruces, New Mexico passed away Friday, February 4, 2011, Tony was a jack of all trades, MASTER of all, expert builder, had a fascinating love for cars and racing. Tony was a wonderful father and above all had a great love for his only granddaughter. Loved and respected by all and always good for a short laugh. Tony had many elements to overcome but he did it with pride and courage and love for his family. He was preceded in death by his son, William Ray Cruse, his father, Amon R. Cruse, his great nephew Gavin Pierce. His loved ones include his only granddaughter, Brooke Cruse, son Brandon Cruse, mother, Jimmie Cruse and her companion, Wendell Cruse, sisters Vickie Pierce married to Ron Pierce, Cyndi Tirre, brother, Danny Cruse married to Mary Cruse. Five nieces, nephews including, Brad Pierce, Brian Pierce married to Laura Pierce, Nathan Whitten, Brandy Granados married to Chris Granados all of Las Cruces, Diana Whitten of Tucson, Arizona, along with seven great nieces and nephews. Visitation services are scheduled for Thursday, February 10, 2011 at La Paz - Graham's Funeral Home Chapel from 6 - 8 P.M, with funeral services on Friday, February 11, 2011 at La Paz - Graham's Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place following the service at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery. At the families request please dress casual and comfortable. as you all knew how Tony was not into the flowery stuff - in lieu of flowers the family has asked for household plants.
