Bob was a veteran of World War II, serving with the Army Air Force for three years in the European Theatre. He joined his father in the family business, Miller Plumbing, after military service, and operated it with his late wife, Dorothy, until their retirement. Bob enjoyed a good game of pool with his friends and going to the movies.
He is survived by his son, Thomas R. (Karen) Miller of Canton; his grandchildren, Emily, Erin and Thomas Miller, all of Canton; his granddaughter, Dana (David) Harris of Westland; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Miller Jr., on June 28, 1989.
Family services are planned. Internment will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
