Character Actor. Rouse went to Olney High School in Philadelphia and began his acting career with the Bushfire Theatre of the Performing Arts. He attended the North Carolina School of the Arts where he met director David Gordon Green and starred in his 1997 short 'Pleasant Grove'. He went on to have memorable appearances in several films, including 'George Washington' (2000), 'Juwanna Mann' (2002), 'All the Real Girls' (2003), 'American Gangster' (2007), 'Pineapple Express' (2008), 'Observe and Report' (2009), 'I’m Still Here' (2010) and 'The Sitter' (2011). Rouse, who had landed a role in the HBO series 'Westworld' and was in the middle of filming, died at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center of liver failure.
