ALLISON, Roger D., age 78, went to be with the Lord on December 7, 2014 surrounded by family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 5 siblings, and son, Ronald E. Allison.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Betty Allison; children, Roger (Linda) Allison, Belinda (Rick) Orrill, and Beth (Jeff) Bicknell; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Paul Allison, Charles (Iva) Allison, Harley (Marie) Allison, and Bob (Barbara) Allison; dear friend and brother-in-law, Don (Shirley) Milby; sister-in-laws, Patty Yenger and Janet (Norman) Trochelman; and numerous dear family members and friends.

Roger retired from General Motors in 1996 allowing him more time to spend with his family.

The family will receive friends Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Union Pentecostal Church, 1101 N. Union Rd. Dayton OH. A funeral service will be Friday, December 12, 2014 at 11:00 am at the church. Interment to follow at Royal Oak Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton or Dayton Children’s Hospital.
