Hazel Marie Thomas, 90, passed away on December 5, 2014 in Yukon, OK. She was born on April 29, 1924 in Love, OK to Clarence Robert and Willie Ann (Hill) Arnold.
Hazel enjoyed crafting, crocheting, ceramics, and volunteering at places such as the at the MWC hospital, food pantries, meals on wheels and the Christmas Connection.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lawson Arthur Thomas; grandson, Richard Thomas; twin sister, Helen Marie Payne and brother, Earl Arnold. Survivors include her children, Lawson Buddy Thomas and wife, Anne, Bobby Ray Thomas and wife, Pamela, Belinda Helen Smith and husband, Cyrus; grandchildren, Heather Barnes and husband, Jesse, William Thomas and wife, Susan, James Howard and wife, Loretta, Sabrina Howard; great-grandchildren, Dylan Barnes, Violet Barnes, Collmein Howard and Bryce Howard.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery in Oklahoma City, OK
